Our fabrication facility (and head office) is located on a 2 hectare site with over 3,000m2 dedicated to fabrication plus an addition area that is a dedicated hydro test area, non-destructive test area and over 4,000m2 of hard stand.
Inspection and Test Plans are agreed with the client at the start of the project. Clients may inspect the work in progress and attend our facility at hold points and FAT (factory acceptance testing).
The fabrication area is equipped with numerous welding bays to complete welding processes that include GMAW, MMAW, GTAW and FCAW. Pressure pipe bays are fitted with pipe rotators for the efficient fabrication of vessels and pressure pipe lines.
Two 5 tonne cranes cover the entire fabrication area. This enables safe and efficient manufacture. Volume manufacturing set up is supported by a range of jigs to eliminate errors and rework. The machining area includes a 90 tone shear punch, milling machine and a big bore lathe.
